"Hades" is one of the Living Gods and formerly one of the Seven Voices of the Gods.[1] (For general information common to all of the Seven Voices and Living Gods, see their respective Mistipedia articles and the Olympus netbook article in the Undead Sea Scrolls 2002.)

History

As the high priest of Hades in his homeland on the Material Plane, the Voice of Hades led a clergy responsible for watching over the diseased and the deceased. They also had a covert mission of population control through unleashing terrible plagues upon the population.[2].

For a general history common to all of the Seven Voices and the Living Gods, see "Hercules" and the Olympus USS 2002 article.

Current Sketch

Now recognized as the living incarnation of the god he once presumed to speak for, the imposter Hades rules over one of the six kingdoms of Olympus. His city state, Hadespit, sits on the far south of the domain's central landmass among volcanic wastelands and dark crevasses.[3]. Hades rarely appears before his subjects. To enforce his rule, Hades rampantly reanimates and commands the undead. He encourages his spellcaster agents to pursue necromancy and conjuration more than other spell schools[4]

Hades resembles a highly sombre and cheerless man in his 40s dressed in black robes draped over his armor.[5].

Aura[5]

Hades' aura can elicit strong fear upon his foes, enough to fly into great panics..

Gaze[5]

Hades‘ gaze attack can cause the very bodies of his foes to shrivel away, afflicting temporary Constitution ability damage.
