"X" (NPC)

“X” is a serial killer of unknown identity who first struck in New Orleans but through letters released to the newspapers he has confessed to many more across the world. Several mass murders have occurred in Paris, Rome, and Madrid that are possibly attributable to him. He is a master of many weapons, but he usually picks a single weapon for any given "string" of killings. He claims God made him a seer in order to provide the world with a foreshadowing of the evil to come.
