A tyrannical darklord who sees emotion as a sort of evil and uses his Mind Police to enforce the laws that forbid even feeling emotions. Yet he is a hypocrite in secretly holding his own emotions. Inspiration for this darklord and his domain comes from the film Equilibrium.[1]
