Baobhan Sith, otherwise known as black sprites, act much like incredibly malicious and sadistic pixies. Their horrible laughter even acts as a Tasha's Hideous Laughter spell. Unlike many creatures that roam Ravenloft, the Baobhan Sith are outlanders, brought to the Land of Mists for acts of incredible torture and cruelty.[1]
In Nova Vaasa, sortvingebute ("black faeries") are thought to enthrall lumberjacks in the Dyrskov and take them back into the Shadow Rift.[2]
Black pixies can be encountered in the following domains: Forlorn[3], Invidia[4], Kartakass[5], the Shadow Rift[6], Tepest[7], and Valachan[8].
