Ostensibly merely a civic organization promoting female reproductive rights and control of family size, the P.R.P. is mostly dismissed by the city's elites and also the dread doppelgangers of Paridon. However, the PRP has also assumed the secret method of discovering young doppelgangers and dealing with them (a variety of ways have been proposed) prior to their infection of society. The PRP believe doppelgangers substitute their own offspring for that of human children, partially due to the infiltration and conversion of the high ups to the Church of Hala- whom treat doppelganger infiltration similarly to those of hags.^[1]
