Davian Martikov

Davian Martikov is an NPC from the 5th Edition module Curse of Strahd. He is a wereraven and the patriarch of the Martikov Family. As such, he presides over the Wizard of Wines. In addition, Davian is one of the Keepers of the Feather.[1]
Relationships
Davian's now deceased wife was Angelika. DDavian's children include Urwin Martikov, Elvir Martikov, and Stefania Martikova. Stefania is married to Dag Tomescu. All of them are wereravens and Keepers of the Feather. All save for Urwin reside in Krezk and work at the Wizard of Wines until druids and blights forced them off of it.[1] Davian and Urwin have been at odds for a while, after the first gem that powered the Wizard of Wines was stolen and Davian blamed its loss on Urwin. For hsi part, Urwin denies Davian's accusation.[2] Urwin resides in Vallaki and runs the Blue Water Inn with his wife.[3]
In Curse of Strahd
In CoS, Davian have been displaced from their winery by an evil cult of druids serving Strahd. In addition, the Wizard of Wines Magic Gems that power the vineyards have been stolen. Davian is is quite secretive of who he might reveal this to, as he hordes the knowledge and waits until the player characters have cleared out the winery before asking for the retrieval of the gems. Davian then asks the player characters to retrieve the three gemstones. He knows one is in Berez and one on Yester HIll[4]
Davian Martikov may revealed by the tarokka card reading of Madame Eva to be Strahd's Enemy[5]
