Jolly Roger (A Hundred Shades of Dark)

Jolly Roger (not to be confused with the Jolly Roger type of undead) is the dread ghost of a pirate lord cursed to never to ride the waves again himself. Roger is the darklord of a domain taking the form of a archipelago shaped like a skull. He summons the vilest of pirate captains to his domain and offers them deals: utilize the cover of the Mists to make raids at the cost of their souls. When their ships are claimed by the sea, the captains and their crews come under Roger's eternal command.
