Melchizedek

This ancient and wrinkled vampire ruled his people for 10 millennia, taking his people from a Bronze Age to a space-fairing empire before being taken by the Dark Powers back to Bronze Age times as darklord of his own domain. To his eternal chagrin, he must rebuild his kingdom's progress all over again. Melchizedek is venerated as both deity and monarch in city-state of Ur-Shalem where a force of monstrous vampire slaves serves his every whim.
