Muladi (pop. 8200[1][2] as of mid to late 850s BC) is the city with the highest population in Sri Raji. Situated on Lake Veda's shores, Muladi is surrounded by rice paddies that are unfortunately frequently afflicted with disease and parasites. Therefore fish and seaweed constitute the most vital parts of Muladi's food supply and allow it to escape the levels of hunger seen by Pakat. Despite the avoidance of widespread hunger, crime and violent acts nonetheless represent serious social problems for Muladi[3].

The Temple of Rudri operates as a vital cultural institution for Muladi life. Rudri herself is viewed in a complex way. On the one hand, her influence is seen as the ultimate cause for the suffering and woe visited to farmers. Nonetheless, she is paid respect by farmers and people working in other similar professions. According to her clergy, Rudri's presence keeps the horrors of the wilds out of Muladi and thereby enabling civilization and agriculture. Thanks to the efforts of the goddess' priests, the people generally feel ever grateful to Rudri[3].
