The River Palace is the residence and seat of authority for Lady Ivania Dreygu in Sunderheart. As with the city surrounding it, the River Palace is divided into two areas, one well-maintained and filled with the Living and the under falling apart and filled with the Undead. Ivania rules the side populated by the Living by day and the Ghoul patrols the undead-infested side by night.[1]
