Shadrakh is a black dragon and the darklord of a city on the coast, from which the dragon rules competently though severely. The Dark Powers have trapped Shadrakh in human form, much to the dragon's chagrin. However, Shadrakh can project it soul into the minds of its foes, and only they interact with the draconic form as if it was real. The projected dragon assumes a form matching the victim's worse fears. The domains citizens have not connected the dragon projects to their leader.[1]
