Shar'Izdul

Shar'Izdul, the Winter Lord, is a shaman lich and the ruler of a domain of perpetual winter and frozen wastelands filled with old ruins, frozen corpses, and weird totems. No living humanoid natives populate his wretched domain, though escape is only possible by thwarting the monstrosities and undead he has created or conjured and then by defeating the Winter Lord himself. Inspiratiom for this darklord and domain come from the Praey for the Gods video game.
