Located in a shrine in I'Cath, the Bell of Doom holds the spirit of Tsien Chiang's daughter Scream and part of Tsien Chiang's own, preventing death and aging for both of them. However, it also binds Scream to Tsien Chiang's will. If the bell is approached by intruders, the Bell of Doom rings, conjuring oni to destroy them, though a Silence spell can prevent this[1]
