The Brightwell Legacy is a netzine article in Quoth the Raven Issue 22 with the format of a short fictional story. The article introduces the reader to the character Mu, a scholar from Gothic Earth who has become trapped in the Demiplane of Dread and has taken several unwise steps in an effort to return home. The article also introduces the Brightwell Coven of Gothic Earth, the Libre des Ombres Sécrètes and the Mystery Benefactor, a mysterious villain with a nebulous link to Mu's past.
