The Butcher Street Boarding House

Owned and operated by the physician and financier Sir James Heywood, this upscale boarding house was transformed from a former cheap tenement used by butchers. However, this is only a facade, for the place acts as a funhouse such that Heywood can nourish his demented and perverse fantasies of murder and torture. Heywood's evil acts have made the Boarding House a rank 5 sinkhole of evil that may eventually turn into a full-blown phantasmagorum. The tainted emotional energies gathered at the boarding house left its mark on the boarding house, for the building is quite a horrid and grisly sight on the Ethereal Plane
