Undead Mastery[1], also referred to as Control Undead Legion[2] allows a lich to control weaker undead (creatures of 9 Hit Dice or Levels or less) from much farther away (thousands of feet) and in greater numbers than usual. However, control over undead with this ability is much cruder, allowing commands to go to and/or attack certain places or creatures. Nothing more specific is granted.[3][4]
