First mentioned in Quoth the Raven Issue 32 in the story "A Darkness Falls", the Lotus Society is a sub-sect of the Society of the Wandering Eye. Where the Society of the Wandering Eye is by-and-large benign, the Lotus Society is everything people accuse its 'parent' organization of being.

The Lotus Society creates and transports hard drugs across state lines; it rents itself out to criminals to sanitize crime scenes and obscure evidence of their crimes; it studies the blackest of evil magic and invokes curses and other magical blights for money.

Members of the Lotus Society identify themselves to each other and prospective customers by placing their flower tattoo on the back of their left hand. It appears that this identifier has not yet been noticed by members of the Society of the Wandering Eye at large.
