Forton Builterman was the self-appointed King or Hombre Fuerte of the domain Conquista, following on his public assassination of President Justin Crowblack and several government officers in early 751 BC.
Often described as a swaggering thug, Forton was known to associate with several of the domain's more reprehensible political parties, such as los Ermanos del Cuchillo. Despite being a member of los Hombres Valientes, he maintained more than professional connections with organized crime syndicates - and would in fact employ criminals as his enforcers once he had seized power. In spite of this, his deed was one born of rank arrogance and opportunism, rather than any true political agenda; Forton saw President Crowblack as weak because he used diplomacy and cunning to rule, and himself as strong, so he killed the President and took what was his.
Forton's reign completely ignored the second string of Butterfly Murders, and was an endless parade of debauchery and killing that never reached beyond the city limits of Hughsrest.
Il Hombre Fuerte and his followers were themselves shot in 751 BC by los Hombres Valientes in pitched battle, on charges of insurrection and murder. His time as ruler did not last even a whole year before his death.
