Mlik Clochard is a Loa of the domain Raba in the Wartorn Cluster. In the mythology of Raba, he was once the chief of the tribe of Loa now known as the Loa Mutasawil, and was the proud warrior-king of the spirits of North-Raba before the Church forbade their worship and destroyed their holy places.
Mlik Clochard tried to take charge of the spirits who fled south and still tries to lead the Loa Mutasawil in their place of exile. His authority is as lost as his old name, however, and his mind has been damaged by his experiences in fighting back against the Church. Much of the time, Mlik Clochard wanders about in a daze, unaware that the other spirits ignore his muttered commands and admonishments as he relives scenes from his glorious past.
On the rare occasion that he is clear-headed, he can still be called upon to intercede between mortals and other Loa Mutasawil, or even to negotiate with the chieftains of the other tribes of Loa.
Appearance
When depicted, Mlik Clochard is a tall man with broad shoulders and a long beard. Privation has bent his back and left him emaciated with hunger, however, and he is covered as much by dirt as by his ragged robes.
