The Loa Mutasawil are a tribe of Loa worshipped in Raba, in the Wartorn Cluster. The Loa Mutasawil are the Loa of North-Raba, whose worship was forbidden there, their places of worship destroyed by the Church. In the mythology of Raba, the Loa Mutasawil fled their homeland for the south, and now exist as landless wanderers and vagrants in the territory of the local Loa. They often conflict with the Loa ap Mache as they resent that these invaders managed to secure territory when they themselves have been unable to do so.

While the Loa Mutasawil are seen as weakened and 'damaged' spirits, they receive a fair amount of worship from the people of Raba. This varies from 'charity' from mortals who feel sympathetic towards them, to refugees from North-Raba who worship as a way to preserve their culture, to the mercenary veneration of people who hope to have these desperate Loa grant them power and boons they would not normally provide.
