The Lighthouse of Craven Cove

Connected to the rest of the domain by the Coastal Path, the Lighthouse of Craven Cove is powered by a bound fire elemental. It was formerly tended to by Lighthouse Keeper Ashmore and his wife, whom became reclusive shut-ins after the Sea Witch cursed the land and its people with barrenness. Later, an oblex, a sinister and intelligent ooze, killed both Ashmore and his wife and ingested their memmories. The oblex was eventually to create an oozey clone of Ashmore and what seemed to be his son, causing the Keeper's few visitors to come with stories that Ashmore had escaped the Sea Witch's Curse. Others have approached the lighthouse but no more have returned.

Overtime, the bound fire elemental has bitterly struggled against its bindings. The oblex itself loathes fire and light, never approaching the top of the lighthouse.
