Verse One

Wispy wind crossed the sun burnt sand
and as we flee the great War Lord's hand
here is the tale of the great Devüch, martyr
and as we hear his tale we shed a tear.
>

Begone all fear and fright!
For gaze to the East and watch the light!
He was the healer of the pods
the greatest chief of the Gods!

He was frozen to death on one cold night
and it was by the ice of War Lord's might
And now he moves to save others from his fate
his own joy is others to elate.

Verse Two

Wispy wind crossed the sun burnt sand
and as we flee the great War Lord's hand
here is the tale of the great Jahar, martyr
and as we hear his tale we shed a tear.

He drew his sword
and he ran headlong with his blade
drew his greatest scimitar nigh
a protector of the world so dark.

Move a like a flash
and he received a grievous wound
and died at the hands of War Lord's Lieutenant
and there he lied, alone but not forgotten.

Verse Three

Wispy wind crossed the sun burnt sand
and as we flee the great War Lord's hand
here is the tale of the great Alidan, martyr
and as we hear his tale we shed a tear.

He was a form of good sheathed
the thief, the spies
even when the great Mayfit caught him
and drew from him the eyes.

He flung himself into the pit of flame
lost in the central keep of The Citadel
from this he saved us all
from the searing fire rain.

Verse Four

Wispy wind crossed the sun burnt sand
and as we flee the great War Lord's hand
here is the tale of the great Xazer, martyr
and as we hear his tale we shed a tear.

He flew with his genie magic
he was true man
lost a scorched infernal realm
of which most tongues wag as liars.

He, the true Sha'ir in the land of the false
he was fated, that he knew
his spells drew close to the War Lord's breath
and he was slain through darker magics.

Verse Five

Wispy wind crossed the sun burnt sand
and as we flee the great War Lord's hand
here is the tale of the great Hamir, martyr
and as we hear his tale we shed a tear.

He was a man of holy might
and with his magic brought from the gods
and used it to create a perfect hope
and thrashed against the Tuyewera.

Jackal headed lords caught him
and dragged out his tongue and eyes
and dismembered his body
and through him in the sea.

Verse Six

Wispy wind crossed the sun burnt sand
and as we flee the great War Lord's hand
here is the tale of the great Sithian, martyr
and as we hear her tale we shed a tear.

Oh she of the great form,
and flew to the sky on the wings of djinn
she was touched of genie blood,
and used it against her own.

She was caught by the Efreeti himself,
she was pushed beneath a mountain
forcing it down on her,
crushing her bones.

Verse Seven

Wispy wind crossed the sun burnt sand
and as we flee the great War Lord's hand
here is the tale of the great Danlia, martyr
and as we hear her tale we shed a tear.

She danced with her magic
and used her blades
by matching it with force
and breaking it with shade.

Oh sweet irony and fate!
She was killed by her own soft poison
administered by an assassin
she fell and cried, and never woke again.

Verse Eight

And now these souls
who fought so hard to save us all
they stay in the realm of the dead
marked with forever paradise.

The fight against Malbus is hard
and his force omnipotent
his eyes and hands are many
and his scruples are so few.

And now I bid farewell, as I must leave
but listen to my tale one and all
and remember what happened to these souls
and remember, fight the just fight on!
