Arkandale was riddled with small, sharp hills and thick forests. The land was abundant with game animals and wolves, and Arkandale was well known for the furs its settlements produced. These small villages were clustered around the Musarde River, which cut a broad swath across the domain. Captain Nathan Timothy piloted his paddle boat, the Virago, up and down the river as a merchant.
