Sithkin are changelings that are created by, and therefore take after the sith^[1][2][3]. Oddly and unusually for the Arak, sith recruit potential sithkin from those deep in mourning over a lost loved one.^[4] Sith often send their changelings out on grave robbery or similar missions of obtaining important items from places connected to death.^[2][3]

Like their creators, sithkin are pale and thin enough to sometimes be mistaken for undead^[1] Fitting, as their affinity with the undead means that no undead less than a darklord can attack a sithkin^[1][2][3]. They can also command undead as an evil cleric^[1][2][3], and can even command crimson bones, a feat that clerics cannot do^[5]. Sithkin may also command a limited selection of necromancy spells.^[1]

Unlike most other changelings, sithkin may engage in combat if the situation absolutely demands it. They mostly attack using sickles^[1][2][3] or other simple weapons^[2][3].
