The white spider is a breed of large, non-venemous, spiders that can make multiple claw attacks. They were created by Balipur, whether by mundane or magical means is unspecified. The thick webs of the creature are covered with an extraordinarily slippery milk white substance that makes the strands difficult to burn and that soon coats anyone attempting to cut a path through them. The substance readily provokes slips and falls, and with sufficient exposure makes it impossible to regain one's feet.
