Hyper-Reality is level of reality where existence seems realer than real. Emotions, sensations, and experiences are all more vibrant and intense. All though the mechanics of action resolution do not in themselves change, the result or output of those actions increase, including the effects of damage and spells. In addition, characters accrue twice as much experience points.[1]
