According to the history records of Nova Vaasa, Prince Ingemar Bolshnik was the Prince of Nova Vaasa when the Lawgiver was said to have enacted his Second Judgement upon Nova Vaasa and ripped it form its homeplane to bring it to the Core in 682 BC.[1]
Ingemar is almost certainly deceased in the modern Ravenloft timeline.
