Tamsin is a Mordentish lamplighter that enlisted the aid of Dr. van Richten in the investigation of two missing boys from the Freidlin family. Said boys had disappeared near Halloway House, having fallen into its root cellar. Dr. van Richten also brought along Laurie Weathermay-Foxgrove.[1]
