Ghazi Voyou is a Loa who is worshipped in the domain of Raba in the Wartorn Cluster. He is a member of the Loa Mutasawil, a tribe of Loa who used to be worshipped in North-Raba but now find themselves exiled and homeless. Even among their ranks, he now finds himself unwelcome.

In the mythology of Raba, Ghazi Voyou used to be a celebrated vassal of Mlik Clochard, a brave raider who launched attacks across the Riverlands and into South-Raba to bring back loot and slaves for his tribe. Although he was hated in the south, he was a celebrated hero of the north - until the time of the Great Invasion came, and the Church drove the Loa from north-Raba.

The Loa Mutasawil received an invitation from Redondorei, who offered them refuge and sustenance in their time of need, and limped their way south. Tragically, Ghazi Voyou decided by himself that to accept charity from a former enemy would be an insult to the honour of his tribe, and he sped ahead of the others, ransacked and burned the guesthouse that had been prepared for them, stole some of the food and despoiled the rest. When he returned to his tribe, he expected to be praised as of old. Instead, he was practically spat upon and driven out.

In the current age, Ghazi Voyou is seen as a patron of thieves and brigands, venerated more by those who are cast out of polite society due to crimes than by the daring raiders who once upheld him as their patron.

Appearance

Ghazi Voyou is depicted as a scrawny man, wrapped in dark, stained cloth. He is ill-shaven and dirty, his hair grown long and tangled. He carries a knife instead of the spears of his glory days.
