Queen Orenia

The queen and first darklord of Timor. The Queen was obsessed with turning her capitol city into a permanent monument to her greatness. In her arrogance, she demanded her monument be built on top of a marikith hive, in spite of the fact that she was dreadfully afraid of the creatures. In her demands for greatness, she was running her whole kingdom into the ground financially.

She was eventually deposed by her daughter, the princess now known only as The Hive Queen, with the help of the court wizard Nevin; the twosome conspired so the princess transformed into a Marikith Hive Queen in front of Queen Orenia, causing her to die of fear.
