Lack-Light is a scientifically advanced, but underdeveloped Island of Terror adrift in the Mists of Ravenloft.
Most of the domain is cloaked in dense forest, even the mountains, and travel is difficult. Lack-Light is home to the main town of Lipsade, once a logging town and now the domain's capitol, and a handful of minor villages. The human population of Lack-Light exists in a constant state of low-grade terror and worry; ever since the domain's skies became almost permanently shrouded by clouds and rolling fogs, the land has cooled, light has diminished, and it is often difficult to grow enough crops to feed everyone.
