Zooropa is a domain located south of Kartakass and borders that domain plus Sithicus and a bit of Hazlan.[2] Its ruler and darklord is Mr. MacPhisto]][1], and he enforces his will upon the populace using a combination of addictive drugs and a force of minions known as the Lemon Police.[3]
Another character of of note is |known as the Fly, something of a dreaded fable or bogeyman (though not bogeyman spoken of only in whispers.[2]
Zooropa was written up as a Ravenloft domain by The GL Fly.[4]
